We sit with what others can’t hold, and we are forever changed by it. We’ve been called pain eaters.
But who are we — underneath the role — and what does it mean to be affected, by our clients and by ourselves?
This six-week group is a space to navigate the identity of “therapist” through creativity, play, and honest reflection. Using expressive arts methods, we’ll renegotiate what relational self-care actually means — not the bubble-bath kind, but the kind that lets us stay whole while doing this work.
Tuesdays, 12:00–1:30pm
6 weeks — July 14 through August 18, 2025
Limited to 8–10 therapists
Expressive arts — no experience needed
$700 full series
or 2 payments of $325
Enrollment covers all 6 weeks as a series.

Life happens — if you need to miss a session, your seat is still yours, and we’ll hold the group’s continuity together. Payment in full (or your first installment) secures your spot. All payments are non-refundable.
