Equitable Priced Therapy
-
Soul Works believes that everyone deserves access to quality mental health care. As an out-of-network practice, Soul Works is committed to equitable pricing through a client-directed “choose what you pay” program. This enables clients to sustainably pay at, over, or under market value to support collective community care.
Prices suggested are for 45-minute sessions. Extended sessions are available.
Equitable pricing is also available for trainings, workshops and groups. Market pricing for community-based wellness varies. Please inquire for more information.

FAQs
What services do you offer?
1
I offer one-on-one teletherapy for older teens (age 16+) and adults. I have depth experience working with complex trauma, anxiety/panic, relational navigation and values conflict.
I also offer parent-coaching to overwhelmed parents of young children (2.5 -5 years old).
Lastly, I offer supervision and consultation services to other professionals.
How do I get started?
2
Reach out to me with your name, info and a little more about you. From there I am happy to schedule a free 20 minute video consultation to ensure I can support you in the ways that will be helpful!
What makes you different?
3
This isn’t your standard talk-therapy. Working with me includes the mind-body connection and how that relates to your context. I use a destigmatizing approach to care and offer a different felt-sense of being with all that is. Here we’ll creatively make sense of life through your experience and research-based skill.
What does “out-of-network” mean?
4
I am an out-of-network provider so that I can maintain a good work-life balance and practice in a way that is not confined to in-network limitations. This means you get more unique and attentive care.
Logistically, you are responsible for the full fee of session after each session. I will share a “Superbill” with you for you to submit to insurance reimbursement at your own discretion. If the logistics feel overwhelming, I also partner with Thrizer, a reimbursement concierge service.

Expected Services
Individual psychotherapy services are provided to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and other mental health needs. Services may include assessment, treatment planning, evidence-based psychotherapy, and ongoing evaluation of progress.
Estimated Cost of Services
Service Fee Individual Psychotherapy (45 minutes) $200 per session
Because the length of therapy varies based on each client's goals and clinical needs, the total cost of treatment cannot be determined with certainty. Below are examples of estimated costs:
Number of Sessions Estimated Cost (sans any reimbursement) 5 sessions $1,000; 10 sessions $2,000; 20 sessions $4,000; 30 sessions $6,000; 40 sessions; $8,000
The frequency and duration of therapy may change over time based on your treatment goals, progress, scheduling preferences, and clinical recommendations. This estimate reflects the anticipated cost of individual psychotherapy at the current fee and does not include services that cannot reasonably be anticipated at the time this estimate is provided.
Your Rights
You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining how much your health care is expected to cost.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than this Good Faith Estimate, you may have the right to dispute the bill.
