Recess for Healers

A self-care entry point into expressive arts therapy, built specifically for other healers and helpers.

Not another training, not another thing to get right, but a space to put down the part of you that’s always holding someone else, and find your own edges again through image, music, movement, metaphor and serious play.

This offering is sustained through donations.
